Caroline Le Maréchal

Caroline was an intern with Eco Innovation from June to September 2006.She is currently studying at the French National School of Agricultural Science
and Engineering (ENSAT) in Toulouse, FRANCE.

She was working on Eco Innovation's research into pig farming, specifically the implementation of the Nitrates Directive in Brittany, France and the impact of this on pig slurry use by farmers. She has investigated the ways that farmers can deal with pig slurry in order to decrease nitrates levels, and the impact of nitrates on human helath.
