Jacques Gröndahl

Jacques Gröndahl is devoting the final internship of his Masters in Environmental Engineering (University Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg, France) to Eco Innovation until August 2007. His training has reinforced his awareness of global ecologic issues such as unsustainable modes of production, unsustainable housing, consumers engagement.

Jacques has an interest in the concept of eco-innovation as a source of potential solutions to some of the above issues, with a particular focus on concepts which link education, innovation, and depollution, as illustrated in his work on BedZed, an ambitious eco-village located in London (link to his blog).

His work with Eco Innovation includes enhancing the organisation's information system, network management, environmental quality certification and fund-raising.
