Personal profiles

All group members on an eCollab platform can have their own personal profile so that other users can learn more about their fellow collaborators. Access restrictions and security can be used so that members' public profile can be kept distinct from the one(s) available to specific group members. This allows the public to get an idea of the people involved in your research project, while group members can discover in depth information about their colleagues. Personal profiles can include:

• Current employment and research details
• Research focus and particular interests
• Work history and past research projects
• Personal descriptions and interests
• Role within the research project
• Photos and other files

• Links and personal websites
